New: Thermotrack Webserve becomes the Digital Equipment Logbook

Thermotrack Webserve is evolving!
You can now save notes and attach documents directly to your equipment.
Thanks to this new feature, each monitored device has its own Digital Equipment Logbook, accessible anytime from the cloud.

🛠️ What is it for exactly?

  • Record maintenance interventions (e.g.: battery changes, servicing, repairs)

  • Attach important documents: user manuals, cleaning procedures, schematics

  • Centralize key information for each device

  • Facilitate traceability and audits

Each note can include an attachment: a PDF or an image, easily accessible to all authorized users, whether on a PC, tablet, or smartphone.

📚 A concrete example?

You perform a Thermal Mapping of an refrigerator

  • You add a note: “Validation mapping carried out from May 6 to 8, 2025”

  • You attach the full PDF report of the operation

  • Result: the documentation is linked to the equipment, ready for consultation during the next audit

Another case: a team performs the monthly cleaning of a freezer → a note is added, with the applied procedure or a photo of the intervention.
